Wedgwood’s Global Processing Centre (GPC), comprised of 135,000sq ft (mezzanine floor) conveyor driven facility with a design throughput of 36 million pieces per annum, handling 9,000 live SKU’s with 93,000 warehouse locations
  • Overall responsibility for the IT related design interfaces between Heinz’s National Distribution Centre (NDC) and their 4 legacy ERP systems, totalling 52 interfaces. (Heinz’s NDC is an automated high bay warehouse operated by 3rd Party Logistics Provider utilising the Calladus WMS, the facility 70,000 pallet storage positions [man less], Automated layer picking)
  • Successful Designed & Implementation of many Supply Chain Solution, all of which were ably supported by the appropriate Supply Chain Execution systems
